Project Coordinator

closerlook's Project Coordinator is an entry-level position for those interested in joining a leading technology and marketing services team. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented professionals with a can-do, team-oriented attitude to join our fast-paced project management team. The candidate will work closely with our producer and account teams while helping the agency deliver great ideas, innovative work and consistent results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day contributions to a diverse portfolio of creative work in print, brand strategy, conference design and digital
  • Assist in the creation and management of timeline and resource plans for individual client tactics
  • Help promote efficient communication for dedicated brands and project work
  • Understand and drive adherence to client systems and processes
  • Prepare, route and quality check ongoing client submissions
  • Manage daily hot sheets and facilitate the flow of project work within the agency across competencies
  • Author, route and manage client status documentation
  • Delegate action items to appropriate internal team members from meetings
  • Participate in client conversations, document decisions and next steps as required
  • Support financial management including weekly finance meetings with account team and provide input on client projections
  • Learn the intricacies of client brand teams in a constantly evolving competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree
  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Strong organization skills
  • Effective communicator
  • Self-starter with a strong interest in learning the agency business
  • Flexible problem-solving abilities to meet changing client requirements
  • Passion for developing a strong project management skill set
  • Experience with Zinc or Veeva Promomats helpful, but not required
  • Interested in technology
